Basic White Bread by Hand – Evaluation

This recipe was not hard to make. I just didn't like to knead the dough by hand. The most challenging part was probably baking the bread so that it didn't burn. The bread tasted really good with butter. I think that I could do the work more evenly.

  1. You used both a glass loaf pan and a metal loaf pan. Did you notice any difference in the two of them in how the bread baked? How high it rose?
