6 oz. cream cheese
1/3 cup sugar
1 tsp grated lemon peel
2 tsp lemon juice
2 cups Bisquick (found at Wal*Mart)
2 oz. cream cheese
1/4 cup stick butter
1/3 cup milk
2 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
homemade cooked and seasoned apples

This recipe was pretty easy. The hardest part was probably zesting the lemon. I probably should have had more cream cheese on hand.
I actually think having a little less of the cream cheese mixture was good. It's very rich, and so the slightly less filling was good! Very delicious .. I'm having a hard time keeping away from the pan to save some for tonight!
