Classic Deli Wraps: Evaluation
This was a slightly hard recipe to make. I had to chop up a lot of things. I also had to shop for a few items that we didn't have. It was worth it though. Mom really like the wrap I made for her. I thought that my wrap was okay. I think I still like Barbeque Cream Cheese Wraps better though. The Classic Deli wrap was healthy and it filled me up. The only problem was that it took a lot of ingredients for just one or two wraps.

Apple Pie
I only did this recipe partially. I got angry and I didn't do it. I only peeled the apples and started the crust. I didn't do anything else. I don't even have pictures.

Streusel Coffee Cake: Evaluation
This recipe wasn't really hard to make. The most difficult part was probably putting the whole thing in one pan. It was a little messy mixing it as well. I would ask my Mom for advice next time. I messed on the size of the pan and put a doubled recipe in a pan for the single recipe. This made for a not very good bottom. It was too thick. My family said as much.
Streusel Coffee Cake: Preparation
We are embarking on a new path this time. We are stopping bread and doing this recipe. Since I wanted more of this, I doubled the recipe. Here is the recipe that I will use.
Cinnamon Streusel
2/3 cup Bisquick
2/3 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
4 tablespoons butter
Coffee Cake
4 cups Bisquick
1 1/3 cup milk or water
4 tablespoons sugar
2 eggs
Mix the streusel in a medium-ish bowl. Mix the coffee cake in large bowl. If you are using the doubled recipe, use a 9 by 13 inch pan. If not, use a 9 inch round pan. Put the cake in the pan and sprinkle with streusel. Bake for about 40 minutes or until a knife can be poked in and withdrawn without anything wet on it. Cool and eat.

Free Choice Bread: Evaluation
The bread was delicious. It tasted amazing. We haven't had real banana bread for a long time because my brother kept eating the bananas. This recipe was pretty easy to do. The only problem was following the right instructions, as there were many banana bread recipes on the same page.

Free Choice Bread: Preparation
The next three posts will be devoted to a bread that is of my own choice. I have chosen to make Banana Bread. These is the recipe.
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 bananas (the browner the bananas are without being rotten, the better)
1/2 cup oil
1 1/2 cups of flour
All of the ingredients can be found at a Wal*Mart. Try to use older bananas.

1/2 White 1/2 Wheat Bread in Machine: Evaluation
This recipe was not hard to make. The wheat flour was a little loose, but it was not hard to make this bread. The most challenging part was deciding if the dough was wet or dry. I really liked the bread. It was a little too heavy to eat plain, so I had butter on mine. My family said it tasted good.

White Bread with 1/4 Flour Replacement in Machine: Evaluation
This bread was slightly heavier than the previous ones. It tasted pretty much the same. The bread rose magnificently. It was almost pushing the top of the machine off. I guess that;s because the wheat flour must have some natural sugar for the yeast to eat. The family said that it tasted fine. I liked it as well.

Basic White Bread by Hand – Evaluation
This recipe was not hard to make. I just didn't like to knead the dough by hand. The most challenging part was probably baking the bread so that it didn't burn. The bread tasted really good with butter. I think that I could do the work more evenly.

The Temeraire Series
Hello. I have been currently reading a new series for me. It is called The Temeraire Series. Or something like it. There are three books. "His Majesty's Dragon", "The Throne of Jade", and "Black Powder War". I have read them all and I am reading them again. They are all about a certain dragon/human team that travel the world. It takes place during the War of 1741-1748. I won't reveal anymore because I want you to check it out. The author is Naomi Novik. Here is a picture of the series.

A House
Well, we have finally got a house. It is in Belgium. I didn't want this one, but apparently we were meant to have this house. We made an offer one day for less than the asked value and we got accepted without a counter offer. My parents were really shocked. They thought that we were going to be countered for sure. They spent tons of time on the phone with our relatives talking about our new house. The deal should close sometime around the end of June. Here is a picture of the house.

Review of Eighth Grade
Well, my eighth grade is running to a close. I have just a few short days left of school before we begin summer vacation. All in all, this year was much like past middle school years. The Math was the same as seventh. The Science was only different because it was a christian perspective. The History and Language Arts were so alike last years that I could remember them all. All in all, it was a very normal year.

Again
Well, my mom is making me do another post. I just wanted to watch a little thing. I am not supposed to start school until 9:00. I decided that I could take a small break. My mom said that I couldn't take it. STUPID!

Hey the Deuce
Sorry that this one is a little early. I am going to be too busy to be doing a blog post this Friday. Well, down to business. I am really stressed out. We have narrowed it down to two houses. One in Fredonia and one in Belgium. My brother and I are inclined toward the Fredonia house. My mom and dad are weighing the pros and cons. It is a slow process. Today my punishment ends. I can now play my Nintendo after I finish school. Speaking of which I should get going. See you next week!

My Weekend
Well, this weekend was pretty boring. We went for a walk on Sunday through this Blue Glacier park. It was actually supposed to be a mountain bike trail, so we were walking in the woods. We went to Wal Mart on Sunday as well. We got tons of juice and soda. I also saw these cool bakugan. I think they were a Aquos Talian and a Ventus Titanium Dragonoid. So cool.

Well
Well, it's been another week. We saw two houses and we are now split between the two, while before we were pretty set on one. We are going to look at new houses tomorrow. That might just put us into more difficult positions. Joel and I are set on one, while my parents favor another. The first one is a nice place with a finished basement. Joel and I favor this house. The other house is a place with a very nice lawn, but an unfinished concrete basement. The feel is decidedly old person. The parents favor this. Well, until next week. Sayonara!

Today
Well, my parents have pretty much chosen a house up here in Wisconsin. My Dad won't make an offer until my mom sees the house. From what I hear, it is a very nice house in Fredonia. It has been on the market for a year, but that is because it was a very high price. It has just recently been lowered to a reasonable price. My mom has been hounding my dad about making an offer. My dad is being very cautious. Well, until next time. Bye.

Still
Well, life is slow. I ran out of membership in Wizard 101, an online game that I like to play. When that ran out, I began another file on Bakugan Dimensions under a different name. I had other files on it, but I forgot the user names and passwords. Other than that, it is pretty boring. I watch Bakugan on YouTube because it isn't in order on the TV. That's about it.

This Time
My family and I have been looking at houses. We haven't decided on a house, mostly because there are still so many to see. We are trying to decide whether we want an acreage or a nice house in the suburbs. My brother and I are trying to get a pet. Joel wants a dog and I want a cat. Joel also wants an acreage so he can have a horse. That's about it.

This Week II
My family has a very busy week this week. We are going to move away to Wisconsin. In order to do that we have to sell this house. In order to sell this house we have to clean it and send our belongings to the apartment in Wisconsin where my Dad lives for short periods of time. This past weekend my mom painted the hallway and my dad cleaned the window ledge. I cleaned my room somewhat and my brother listened to his ipod, something he has been doing all day ever since he got his ipod. I also have day care duties to attend to this week. I have to look after little kids on Wednesday and Thursday. That's about all for now. Talk to you later.

A Beautiful Sight to See When You Wake Up in the Morning

My Weekend and Some Pictures of Outside
Hi everybody. My family and I went up to Wisconsin to visit our Dad this past weekend. We were very glad to see him. The strain of being separated is very weakening. We saw houses and spent quality time together. we had to leave too soon though. now we are back at home and we are quietly working on making the house presentable. The flowers outside are a big up lifter for us though here is a picture or two of some pictures of some flowers from around the house.
